Covid changed the way that food businesses needed to operate and this change needed to be initiated very quickly especially in sectors that supported key workers and remained open.
Rugby and Carlisle truck stops needed to limit the capacity of drivers allowed in the building. The restaurant was only serving take away food and there was a requirement to limit the number of drivers waiting for food.
Cerberus Software Solutions created a bespoke app available on the Apple Store and the Google Play store. A key feature of this was that it was integrated into their current internal Epos and Menu systems so staff were not required to run two separate systems. The app was designed so that when the restaurant fully opened again drivers could order food directly to their table.
